[Responsibilities]
1) Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns, and take detailed notes of meetings
2) Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintain organized files for marketing team
3) Support distribution of marketing materials to sales & distributors
4) Conduct research and present findings to supervisors
5) Research, plan and execute one marketing campaign under the direction and supervision of the product manager
6) Follow up on the outcome of said campaign, and prepare a presentation going over the highlights
7) Attend conferences and provide all administrative support necessary for marketing & sales including managing marketing materials, scheduling meetings and watching the company’s booth at times
