By joining the internship journey, you will have an ownership of a project that really affects business, experience the corporate culture based on creativity and innovation and build strong network with colleagues.
You will have a chance to be hired as Management Trainee after your internship according to evaluation.
로레알코리아의 인턴십은 2개월 간 다양한 직무 내에서 독립적 프로젝트를 수행하는 동시에 로레알 브랜드 팀의 일원으로 실무진과 협업하며 실제 업무를 경험하는 형식으로 진행됩니다.
인턴 기간 동안 비즈니스에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 프로젝트 수행 및 창의성과 혁신에 기반을 둔 조직 문화를 체험할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 실무진 및 인턴 동기들과의 끈끈한 네트워크를 쌓을 수 있습니다.
인턴십 종료 후 평가에 따라 최종면접 진행 후 로레알의 신입직원 (Management Trainee)로 채용됩니다.
Internship Type
- 2 months internship (2021.01-2021.02)
- 금번에는 6개월 인턴십을 별도 채용하지 않습니다. 2개월 이상 인턴십을 희망하는 지원자는 지원 시 [Internship Option]에서 "인턴십 연장 희망/가능"을 근무 가능한 형태에 따라 선택 바랍니다.
