[Responsibilities]
The primary role of this position focuses on application support. He/She will be in support of operating systems upon request. He/she will also work very closely with the Marketing function to support Digital Marketing activities at local and regional level. He/she will also manage various IT projects including, but not limited to, Digital Marketing related systems in the North Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong) cluster.

1) Application management
- Supports to improve application business process.
- Monitors system issues and service support model with its vendor management.

2) Application Enhancement Project
- Utilizes effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want and to identify what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.
- Determines which rRDM approaches would ensure business stakeholders with the complete understanding of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping and other rRDM requirement artifacts including use of the baseline framework to map to business process flows.
- Documents confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support.
Explains to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint.
- Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required.
- Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist to understand the definition of done to cascade it further to ITAS developers and unit testers for requirements are satisfied.
- Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements.
- May assist and report on user acceptance testing with close relationship with business stakeholders.


[Requirements]
1) Fluency in English (both in Written and Verbal)
2) Prefer with the knowledge of Web Content Management and the related platforms (e.g. Drupal, MS SharePoint)
3) Prefer with the knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends)
4) Creative thinking and self-motivating mindset
5) Degree in IT or technology related subject
6) Prefer with the knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies
