The HSBC Seoul Securities is looking for M&A Intern with 3-6 months contract.

  M&A Intern 

▶ 담당업무

 - Execute live M&A and ECM transactions 

 - Assist in originating M&A and ECM deal opportunities 

 - Coverage of Korean clients across all industries 

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 - Assist in originating deals by drafting proposal presentations, conducting industry/company research, etc. 

 - Participate in and assist client on due diligence process 

 - Preparation of deal documentation such as teasers, information memorandums, process letters, etc

▶ 자격요건

 - Fluent in Korean and English

 - Understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and M&A process

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
