▶ 자격요건 

- 정규대학 졸업자(4년제)
- 영어, 일본어, 중국어 사용 국적자(외국인) 혹은 이에 준하는 Native Speaker
- Business level의 영어사용 가능자
- 논리적 문장력, 세련된 커뮤니케이션 스킬, 콜드콜, 이메일캠페인 능숙자
- 리크루팅 관련 업무경험 우대(리서치펌, 써치펌, 기업HRD등)

▶ 채용조건 

- 신입은 인턴 6개월 후 정규직 평가전환, 경력직은 별도 협의
- 인턴기간 중 급여 월 175만원(식대 별도 지급), 경력은 면접 시 협의
- 면접은 이력서 접수 되는대로 수시진행(채용시, 공고마감)
- 근무시간 탄력적 적용가능

- We, at Nathan Research Group, are currently seeking a native level of English, Chinese or Japanese speaker 

  to join our office in Seoul.
  This person will be responsible for identifying and recruiting experts. 

  They will have to be able to assess and confirm that the experts
  they recruit are the right fit for our clients' needs through rigorous research and personal vetting. 

  They are expected to be able to build
  a rapport with the experts and be comfortable dealing with people from various industries at all levels of seniority.

▶ Responsibilities 

-  An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
  Conduct industry research to recruit experts who match clients ‘requests
  Native Level of English, Chinese or Japanese skills for:
  ㆍConducting cold-calls (Persuasive Language and communication skill)
  ㆍBusiness email communication
  ㆍShort Reports, Compiling and Organizing Expert List & Profile
  ㆍConsultation Set Up
  Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure projects are prioritized and fulfilled to clients ‘ satisfaction
