Retail Intern

Work Period :
3-6 months

 MAIN PURPOSE :

 Main roles of Retail Intern are supporting Retail department for smooth operation, quick solving of the boutique request and inquiries to enhance the boutique daily operation. He/She should be dedicated person to do the supporting job and understand the boutique life.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 * Daily retail operation support
 - Receive general inquiries/requests from Retail boutiques, report and discuss with Retail management to support and solve the topics in a timely manner.
 - Support the Retail department for miscellaneous office work(documentation, stationery order/ delivery, arrangement, meeting room booking for meeting/training/interview, etc.)
 - Consolidate the expense voucher, invoice and relay it to Retail Assistant
 - Send/Receive the Retail parcel(mail bag) among between office and boutique
 - Assist Retail Manager for the store planning topics(sales accessories, imported boutique tools order/status check, follow-up with Logistic team to prepare and do packing & delivery, etc.)
 * Support for report / documents writing 

 * Support on any retail department project

 - Translate Brand marketing guidelines
 - Marketing tool operation / Stock management / Data management(Excel format)
 - POS information update
 - Support Marketing event work / expense 

 - Competitors’ marketing trend monitoring
