 Power MOSFET Application Engineering

직무내용

As an Applications Intern, you will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with the design, technology development, and applications engineering teams. MOSFET Applications Engineering Interns are responsible for characterizing new products as well as evaluating new and existing products in customer applications such as AC/DC and DC/DC switching power supplies. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fastㆍpaced, high energy environment while continuously learning and being challenged on projects.

Work with a team of Applications Managers/Engineers supporting Business Unit objectives Validate new product performance through extensive lab testing Present results to the Internal Technical Teams

자격요건

BS degree or under graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electronica Engineering.

Experience working in an electrical lab (familiar with Oscilloscopes, Multiㆍmeters, bench top power supplies).

Studied MOSFET fundamentals

Completed an Analog Electronics course

 Industrial Engineering

직무내용

Perform electrical characterization.

Provide device parametric data and specifications.

Correlate frontend yield metrics to probe/parameter.

Control yield, ET characteristics, defect density. Perform electrical Measurement, fab & probe data extraction, layout & topo verification, and FA.

Ensure test structures, Measurement Equipment, test programs.

Need understanding of power devices. device physics, fabrication process, statistical data Analysis, problem solving, and failure analysis.

Communicate with product development teams on status, issues and successes.
