Based in Korea, the Delivery Experience Specialist is responsible for creating the most memorable experience for every Tesla owner, from point of sale, to delivery of their new car. The Delivery Experience Specialist will educate, inspire and skillfully guide Tesla's customers through the vehicle purchase, configuration and delivery process.

The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong awareness of appropriate behavior when supporting customers. You should have a passion for educating and inspiring customers to create an unforgettable experience for every Tesla customer.

Responsibilities

- Represent the Tesla brand with a commitment to deliver an innovative and exciting ownership experience

- Help the customer prepare for the delivery of their vehicle by guiding them through production and delivery timing, registration, financing, invoicing, trade-in along with relative state and local sales forms and processes.

- Manage customer and operations interactions as defined by the Tesla Delivery Program.

- Effectively schedule both customer appointments and your own time in order to support the assigned market.

- Work closely with Delivery Operations, Service, Sales and Logistics to coordinate customer deliveries. 

- Monitor and manage pipeline flow and customer appointments to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.

- Perform required paperwork preparation prior to delivery.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of vehicle drive systems and features and be able to relay this information the customer.

- Be able to work in a highly efficient manner without direct supervision.

- Maintain our CRM database to ensure accurate and timely information is available to management.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- At least one year of customer facing experience.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-starter who takes initiative, goal-oriented and highly motivated.

- Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.

- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across several business units.

- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.

- Business level of English would be preferred but not a must.
