Job Description:
- Report to and work closely with in-house lawyer of company
- Assist with reviewing, drafting and revising a wide variety of business contracts, commercial agreements, legal documents
- Assist and handle legal requests from business units and senior management
- Collaborate with other employees on various legal requests and administrative support
- Conduct legal research of corporate issues
- Provide support in contract management process

▶지원자격
• 직무관련 : Job Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Korea or English common-law jurisdiction where primary language of business and profession is English (e.g. US, Canada, Australia, etc.) or Law school graduate who have not yet taken the bar exam or licensed is also eligible
- Full professional competency in English and Korean
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good hand writing and laser-beam attention to detail
- Motivated and energetic with an ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve
