• 업무내용 : Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Intern, you will be working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to
achieve marketing excellence for Korea. If you are an experienced, self-motivated and innovative
marketer, this could be the role for you. The candidate will:
- Collaborate with ShopBack’s Marketing Manager in campaign creation and execution
- Optimise performance of campaigns on web and app
- Be accountable for measuring and reporting marketing performance
- Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and take prompt actions in optimization
- You will also be working closely with the graphics team and performance marketing team in content creation

샵백의 마케팅 인턴은 국내/글로벌 마케팅 팀 및 유관 부서와 함께 마케팅 업무를 수행합니다.
- 마케팅 매니저와 협업하여 캠페인 기획 및 운영
- 앱/웹 캠페인 퍼포먼스 개선이 필요한 점에 대한 리포트
- 마케팅 프로모션 성과 측정 및 보고
- 프로모션/ 상품 데이터에 기반한 인사이트 도출 및 개선
- 디자인팀/ 퍼포먼스 마케팅 팀과 협업하여 컨텐츠 제작 및 지원

- Undergraduates or fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior experience in a marketing-related role in eCommerce is a plus.
- Creative, with solid analytical skills
- A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, hard-working and a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to project manage and multitask at scale, in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and performance abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
