본 포지션은 마케팅 부서 내에서 디지털 마케팅, 웹 사이트 관리 및 다양한 마케팅 활동을 담당합니다. 또한 드롱기코리아 그룹 내 드롱기, 켄우드 및 브라운 3 가지 핵심 브랜드에서 일하며, 디지털 마케팅 매니저 서포트 및 마케팅 구성원 및 영업 팀과 협력하여 업무를 수행하는 역할을 담당합니다.

1. 디지털 마케팅 매니저 서포트
2. 웹 사이트 운영 및 모니터링
3. 온라인 마케팅 활동 수행

주요 업무 (상세):
1. 웹사이트 및 이커머스 업무 지원
• 웹 사이트 개발 / 유지 보수 업무 지원
• 온라인 프로모션 및 제품 모니터링, 웹 컨텐츠 개발
2. 디지털 마케팅 캠페인 및 프로모션 수행
• 소비자 대상 온라인 마케팅 캠페인 실행
• 온라인 마케팅 캠페인 및 이커머스 활동 모니터링
• 이커머스 및 웹 사이트에 대한 트래픽을 증가시키기위한 CRM 프로그램 활성화
• 디지털 / 미디어 대행사 커뮤니케이션
3. 웹사이트 분석 및 리포트
• 사이트 성과 분석 및 보고
Purpose:
This role is responsible for digital marketing support, website management and various marketing activities related De’Longhi online marketing. She/he works for 3 core brands- De’Longhi, Kenwood and Braun in Korea, assisting digital marketing manager, collaborating with other marketing members and sales team.
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Digital marketing support
2. Web sites operation and monitoring
3. Online marketing activities execution
4. CRM activities execution
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement to deliver MKTG KPI
• Support whole process of website development/maintenance
• Develop, plan and execute promotions and product monitoring
2. Execute Digital & Consumer marketing
• Execution of digital & consumer campaigns within IMC program for products/service and events to enhance consumer journey in on-line channel
• Ensure every on-line activity has a well-planned, timely implementation plan having alignment with all related parties
• CRM program activation to grow traffic to the ecommerce and website
• Digital/Media agency contact for consistently good quality of execution
3. Analyze, optimize and report
• Reporting of site metrics performance
• Using data insights to develop rationale for stakeholder’s decision making
• Supporting the digital managers with relevant insights into digital shopper and consumer behavior to optimize overall category and marketing strategies
WORK ALLOCATION, REVIEW AND APPROVAL:
1. Review and agree work priorities with digital marketing manager
2. Attend the marketing meetings
PLANT, EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES AND TOOLS:
1. Standard Company Laptop Package
CONTACT WITH OTHERS:
- Within De’Longhi Korea: Marketing, sales, logistics and AS team (all other functions)
- Outside the Company: Agencies, partners and customers

• 그래픽 소프트웨어 툴 (어도비 포토샵, 일러스트레이터 등) 사용 가능
• 디지털 미디어, 소셜 미디어 및 모바일 마케팅에 대한 경험 선호
• 소비재 회사 또는 IT 회사 내 디지털 마케팅 (전자 상거래 포함) 경력 선호
• 셀프 모티베이션
• 영어 가능
• 업무 수행 능력에 따라 계약 연장 검토
KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Graphic SW tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) skills are required
• Expertise includes digital media, social media and mobile marketing planning and consumer engagement
• Prefer 1 year work experience specialized in digital marketing (including e-Commerce), either at consumer goods company or major digital marketing platforms
• Self-motivated and can-do sprit
• Good command of English
• Can be considered + contract extension
