  • Manage the buyout direct ship process for finishedgoods shipping directly from domestic andinternational vendors to Affiliates globally
  • Handle and communicate the process the whole waythrough from the sales order creation and receiptsprocess for the purchased goods
  • Coordinate troubleshooting for system set up relatedissue for vendor direct ship, transfer order, promotionsystem set up etc
  • Entry level experience in Supply Chain, Scheduling,and or Distribution

  • This position increases operational efficiency andmanages overall last mile logistics service level bymanaging operations KPIs; analyzing customercomplaints; l eading projects; finding root causes foroverage, shortage and damage for online orderfulfillment; forecasting warehouse activities; schedulingwarehouse operations; managing budget & expense
    • Planning and managing strategically logistics,warehouse, and customer services
    • Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assessperformance and implement improvements
    • Managing Operations KPIs by tracking monthly &weekly reports.
    • Operations Liaison (POC) for promotions & newlaunches
    • Supporting managing picking accuracy & homedelivery service level by root cause analysis foroverage, shortage, and damages
    • Analyzing VOC with logistics issues and providingsolutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
    • Managing and tracking Operations budget &expense
    • Managing system integration (WMS, Hybris, EBS)
  • Degree field : Business Administration, Economics,Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering / ~3 years
  • Key Supply Chain Principles - Understanding of keysupply chain principles and strategies.
  • Systems Aptitude - Ability to comfortably work with advanced SCM and tools.
  • Process Improvement - Ability to challenge currentprocesses and drive continuous improvement.
  • Interpret Data - Ability to read, interpret and drawaccurate conclusions from technical or businessmaterial.
