As Site Specialist, you will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving the experience, relevance and performance of your customer base in everyday execution.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to

• · Work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. 
• ·Maximize OMNI profitable net sales and customer base for your market and relevant customer group ? short and long term.
• ·Responsible for the performance of customer segments on-site to secure set growth targets and increase customer satisfaction, short and long-term.
• ·Daily optimization and evaluation of our customer journey, online touchpoints and components.

• · University Degree or formal educations, preferably in Business, Economics or E-commerce or formal education
• · Sales driven, customer focused and results oriented.
• · You have excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English. · · ·Knowledge in other languages is meriting.
• · Strong data management skills ? analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
• · Analytical skills to evaluate actions from a short- and long-term perspective and connect to growth targets
• · You are comfortable visualizing and presenting the results of your analysis towards collaborating teams
• · Proactive, curious & innovative approach to problem solving with a constant improvement mindset
• · Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
• · Leadership capabilities and communicational skills to get your message across and you have the drive to see them through

• · 1+ years of Online or Store Retail experience
• · Experience working in and/or consuming reports.
