담당업무
1. BTQ Operation management
- Communicate with boutique, IT and Finance on basic daily operation.
- Arrange and support for Team meeting & Monthly retail BTQ managers meeting(Agenda/attendees/room booking/ lunch..)
- Support and F/up for BTQ manager workshop
- Manage all guidelines and rules of working hours, day off, shift working hours.
- Manage all the BTQ operation expense with guideline
2. PLV & POSM Management
- All activities for Name card & Name tag
- Monthly PLV order management & tracking
- Leading for PLV activities (Forecasting HQ order Quantity / Checking status PLV stocks/ Tracking for usages of 3channels)
3. Retail Budget management / Report
- Weekly sales and stock status review
- Weekly outlets sales review
- Monthly competitor`s sales review
- Monthly BTQ discount action review
- Deposit list and stock status review
- Sales flash (Richemont brands)
- Regularly update and checking BTQ floor plan
- Preparing market visit documents
자격요건 및 우대사항
- Good at office work(MS-office, etc.) - Previous experience in Retail(as assistant, coordinator) would be appreciated - Positive mindset and diligent character would be preferred
