• 업무내용 :
매장 및 오피스, 이벤트 공간의 건축, 인테리어, 유지보수를 담당하는 부서의 Administrational work support 업무
• Assist Technical team in managing budget, capital expenditures, scheduling and maintenance of retail store projects.
• Handle documentation and efficient project administration, including maintaining project documents.
• Manage to process of purchase orders on SAP system.
• Coordinate with Accounting department for invoice payment and follow up.
• Assist in organizing the technical inventory and delivery for projects and maintenance
• Work with Technical team to follow up and monitor technical activities and ensure overall compliance with company standards & local regulation
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations of new business opportunities.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
