Manta's Service Operation team is seeking a talented intern to support launching and managing titles in Manta. As a Service Operation Intern, you will actively engage in end-to-end process of preparing, launching and managing titles in the service. You will be part of the team that will innovate approaches to tooling, workflow structures, vendors and quality assurance so that we can work smarter and increase efficiency and quality.
The position is based in Seoul.
- Support title launches from end to end by ensuring readiness across the entire suite of title launching package (e.g., # of episodes to open, date of launch, title info, etc)
- Constantly improve quality of the service and content by implementing day-to-day inspection, detection and resolution of problems
- Craft clear and compelling written communication across all touchpoints in the service (e.g., story blurbs, collection names, messages in push notification)
- Effectively respond to inbound requests from customers with proper attitude in a timely manner
