Position Summary
• Act as the coordinator for RBPS(Regional Business Partner Service) Consultant with IT daily operation and project
Main Tasks
• Onsite Workplace & Infrastructure Support
- Project coordination for RBPS consultants
- Issue/problem management support
- Accessibility management (AccessIT and MyLink: Internal Authorization Platform)
- Procurement coordination e.g. vendor invoice handling, SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) master update
- Support IT events / training

▶지원 자격
Education/Qualifications Required
• Major in Information technology preferable
• Experience of delivering information services or delivering projects in company perferable
• Good skill with MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of English in writing and speaking is a must
Competencies Required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; with good English skills to communicate verbally and in writing
