Who you will work with
As an intern, you will be part of the Global Growth & Operations Team of Tridge HQ, working with internal teams (Product Planning, Sales, Marketing and Data) in our Seoul Office. Operations team work closely with Global Engagement Managers, our regional managers from 40+ countries. As such, you will support Global Operations team members and communicate daily with Engagement Managers, assigning and reviewing their projects and developing strategies in cooperation with them.
People at Tridge are executioners, and we work closely with suppliers and buyers from all over the world. With over 50 dedicated Engagement Managers and 50 HQ members, we serve suppliers and buyers in more than 150 countries, in order to achieve extraordinary impact in the old, traditional trading industry.
What you will do
- Engage in the in-depth research of potential client leads, ranging from Manufacturers such as Multinational Food & Beverage companies to local wholesalers, hypermarket & retailers.
- Work closely with the Operations team to develop and execute regional penetration & sales strategy.
- Assist managing Engagement Managers (remote global employees from 40+ different countries) by reviewing daily projects and solving any raised issues from them.
- Help Operations team to develop Market Intelligence reports of Top Traded Agricultural & food products in Tridge.
- Enhance internal operations systems by determining project handling and managing requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with the engineering and data team to set up and enhance the operational works.

▶지원 자격
• 학력 : 대졸
• 전공 : 무역, 경영학과 우대
• 외국어 : 영어 - 원활히 의사소통 가능자
• 직무관련 :
-Senior year undergrad student, majoring in any relevant field preferred (Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, etc.)
- Internship experience at Investment Banking, Consulting, Multinational Company sector preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Korean)
- Great organization and planning skills with attentiveness to details
- Ability to openly pitch new ideas, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to operate multiple projects simultaneously and to work in a fast-changing mandate, meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Internship experience at Investment Banking, Consulting, Multinational Company sector preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Korean)
- Great organization and planning skills with attentiveness to details
