▶ 모집부문 

*Job description

Details :
- End-user support with company
- standard procedure(IT Helpdesk)
- Install laptops, desktops, mobile devices and
- printers with network connection
- IT-related projects assistance
- Maintaining knowledge bases and
- training manuals for end-users
- IT asset management
- Manage suppliers of computer equipment

Required Skills / Competencies :
- Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
- Extensive knowledge and experience of
- PC systems(H/W, S/W),
- Windows Server(2008, 2012, 2016),
- MS Exchange (2010,2013), MS office(2013, 2016),
- Symantec Endpoint Protection(SEP),
- Veritas Backup Exec and WAN/LAN infrastructure
- Having IT related certificate is advantageous

*Qualification 

Mandatory Requirements :
- Current university students who can work
- for 6 months or upcoming graduates or
- recent graduates (Studied in IT related major)
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot and
- rectify before trouble occurs
- Experience in MS Windows & Windows Server OS
- Experience in MS office

Required Experience :
- Experience in VMware
- Experience in both LAN and WAN infrastructures

* 6개월 인턴직 후 계약 만료 포지션입니다.
