traditional global trade industry and provide a safe and efficient platform for suppliers and buyers to
connect and communicate. Tridge platform helps buyers find reliable suppliers that best match their
demands and allow suppliers to expand their global sales.
Global Growth Strategy Planning & Execution & Operations Team summer intern will be part of the Global
Growth & Operations Team of Tridge HQ, working closely with HQ internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Data
Planning, and Engineering) and Engagement Managers, our global regional managers. Summer interns
will support the Operations Team to execute client identification, regional penetration strategy planning,
client engagement, and deal closure from the very scratch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Engage in the in-depth research of potential client leads, ranging from Manufacturers such as
Multinational Food & Beverage companies to Global hypermarket & retailers.
-Work closely with the Operations team to develop and execute regional penetration & sales strategy.
-Help manage Engagement Managers (remote global employees from 40+ different countries) by

reviewing daily projects and solving any raised issues from them.
-Assist Operations team to develop Market Intelligence reports of Top Traded Agricultural & food products
in Tridge
-Enhance operations systems by determining project handling and managing requirements; develop,

implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures.
-Work closely with the engineering and data team to set up and enhance the operational works.

▶지원자격
• 학력 : 대졸
• 전공 : 무역, 경영학과 우대
• 외국어 : 영어 - 원활히 의사소통 가능자
• 직무관련 : -Senior year undergrad student of top-tier Korea & Global universities, majoring in any relevant field
preferred (Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, etc.)
-Candidates with Investment Banking, Consulting, Multinational Company internship experiences preferred
(Not Mandatory)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Korean)
-Great organization and planning skills with attentiveness to details
-Open to new ideas, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
-Comfortable with engaging in multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and other social media platforms
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Korean)
-Great organization and planning skills with attentiveness to details
-Open to new ideas, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
-Comfortable with engaging in multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
