씨티은행 인턴 프로그램(Citi Summer Analyst Program)은 10주 간 진행되는 씨티 글로벌 공통 프로그램입니다. 이 프로그램은 비즈니스 실무 경험, 글로벌/리전 주관 다양한 트레이닝 및 씨티 내 전문가들과의 소통 기회를 제공하며, 역량 및 성과 평가에 따라 2023년 Full-time Analyst로의 채용 기회로 이어질 수 있습니다.

Your time here will look something like this...
The Summer Analyst Program is dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi`s business. Through mentorship, training and career development programming, Summer Analysts can expect to finish the program with broad understanding of the business, as well as operational intricacies of Citi.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. We`re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates key pipeline for our Full-time Analyst Program. Summer Analysts will be part of a 10-week program will be assigned in Citi`s key businesses or functions allowing them to work on project for an in-depth and immersive experience. Summer Analysts will also go through trainings that will provide essential skills knowledge as well as a comprehensive orientation to Citi`s culture. To support your growth, you will also participate in buddy programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities.

We want to hear from you if...
* You are in your penultimate year of a Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a top academic institution (graduating between Dec 2023 - June 2024)
* You are authorized to work in Korea
* You are fluent in both Korean and English
